Much happier with this outcome. The top does bunch up a bit at the sides, it might need a bit of adjusting.
The "buckle" on the skirt is actually a My Scene Barbie picture frame.
I wonder if I can make a hat.
I haven't seen pictures of Emily's swimsuit from behind but this is what mine looks like.
