227. Lego Minifigures: The Batman Movie

My grocery store occasionally has the Lego minifigures available in that tiny little space near cards and stationery. There's choice of blind bag toys, some small package toys and matchbox cars. The Lego minifigs have my attention.

New for 2017 is The Batman Movie. Not sure if I'll get to see it by I was curious over the minifigs. I mean Maddie was. 

Look there's a Gene Simmons one and I like the King Tut one. 

Oh cool, hahaha hehehe a tooth fairy

Hmm maybe we will need to see the movie to make sense of the characters. Lego have released some pretty awesome villain vehicles for this movie, but they're staying in the shops, because I, I mean Maddie doesn't have the space. Which kind of leads to a surprise I've got for her, soon, hopefully, I keep getting distracted by AG things.

Any way before I go way off subject,  what did we get?

Maybe, I like to have at least one for the lineup.

173. Brickfest Lego Event

Maddie's birthday is the 28th of September

If you did not already know Maddie is a big Lego fan

And just especially for her the local Lego collectors club put on a exhibit at one of our nearby public schools.

I forgot to photograph the flat picture of the Phantom, this was him however in his skull cave for those who came in late. 

Dragons and an Atlantis temple 

One of the exhibitors had created this very artistic piece called "inside my imagination". It had a working train with carriages that looked like oversized hotdogs.

I think this piece was called "flotsam fleet". The base boards had been covered every peg in a see through round piece in a shade of blue.

Oh this was amazing, a dragon, fully articulated. The owner had made it's wings. It was wow.
